We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label, where applicable, along with instructions explaining how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers or plants;

• Custom-made or personalized products;

• Personal-care and beauty products;

• Hazardous materials;

• Flammable liquids or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards. Any restriction affecting discounted items does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day Right of Withdrawal

If an order is delivered within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Refunds

We will notify you after we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
